What is everyone's take on marking/saving parking spots in the winter? If you take the time to clear it out and/or your car was parked there during the snowfall you should be able to mark it, right? I am interested in checking out some places to shop in the Chicago area that are NOT chain stores and NOT super expensive/snooty.
